It’s time to start thinking about RetCon 2023!
In 2023 we are moving to a new location again, this time to Elite Hotel Ideon in Lund, in southern Sweden. The convention takes place on 30 September, and the doors open at 10:00.
As before there will be celebrity guests, vendors, quizzes, competitions, activities, panels, and a lot more! And this time our celebrity guests will be RetCon’s two first voice actors!
David Sobolov has been doing voices for Transformers for over 20 years, starting with Depth Charge in the Beast Wars show in 1999. He did Shockwave’s voice in Transformers: Prime in the early 2010s, and recently he has moved on to the big screen, with Blitzwing in Bumblebee (2018), and later this year we will hear him as both Rhinox and Battletrap in Transformers: Rise of the Beasts!
Mark Ryan is known for doing voices for numerous Transformers characters in movies and video games, like Bumblebee in the 2007 movie and several games, Ironhide in several games, and Jetfire in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
